Triple Blend Spot Remover

Triple Blend is a premium cured plastisol remover. It boasts excellent solvency and fast drying capabilities, but most importantly, it's a 100% non-flammable formula so you don't have to worry about explosions. For easy application, you can order the Triple Blend spot remover with an all-metal gun.

However, you don't have to order the kit. You can also order a 55-gallon drum, a five-gallon pail, a case of four individual gallons, single gallon or a small quart sample of Triple Blend. Note that inventory is subject to change.

How to Remove Spots When Screen Printing

Ideally, as a screen printer, you want the design to go on the shirt flawlessly, but unfortunately, that doesn't always happen. In some cases, you may get a few spots, and that's when you need some spot remover.

First, make sure that the spot remover you're using works with the type of ink and the fabric you're using. Then, you also need to check whether the spot remover is designed for use on cured or uncured ink. Some people find it easier to remove the spot after it's cured because there's less of a risk of smudging. Once you have the right product, you can apply it directly to the area, but for best results, you should use a gun.

Tips for Expert Spot Removal

The next time you use spot remover, you may want to embrace the following tips:

Place the stain over the shop-vac and turn it on while you're removing the stain. Then, the shop-vac will suck up everything from the ink to the fumes.

Position a rag under the stain so you don't accidentally transfer the stain to the other side of the garment.
Make sure to have extra spot remover in storage. That way, if you run out, you won't be caught empty handed.

To remove smudges or fingerprints from designs that haven't been cured, cover those spots with a piece of wood during the curing process. Then, when you scrub away the spot later, the rest of the design will be cured, and you won't have to worry about erasing the design.
