Description
Rutland low cure inks are non-phthalate, ready-for-use screen printing inks.
The Low Cure series is a premium low bleed, low tack plastisol printing ink system with bleed-blocking technology, allowing a direct to fabric print and excellent stretch properties. These inks have been formulated using non-migrating pigments designed to withstand dye migration commonly found with polyester fabrics.
Rutland Chill LC Poly White
LC9800 Chill LC Poly White is a flexible temperature cure ink for 100% poly fabrics. When printing on fabrics that exhibit unstable dyes, this ink allows you to drop the cure temperature as low as 270°F/132°C offering you better dye migration control and lowering energy consumption costs.
Recommendations
• Use with 100% polyester or polyester blends
• Print on manual or automatic equipment
• Test all prints for color fastness and print durability before starting.
